Medical Representative
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: B.Pharma or M.Pharma graduates (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role, though we welcome those starting their career too
- Requirements: Must own a bike for travel within designated areas

- Talk to healthcare professionals to promote our products
- Build and keep good relationships with clients
- Stay informed on industry trends to share useful insights

HR Executive
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: MBA in HR (Freshers with strong potential are also welcome!)
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is essential
- Language Skills: Good command of English for effective communication
What You’ll Do:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Support HR operations with data management and reporting in Excel
- Foster a positive, productive work environment

Area Business Manager
- Working daily with all executives of assigned territory.
- Keeping track of tour program and adhering to it as well as keeping track of excecutives tour program.
- Meeting call average.
- Meeting sales targets of the assigned territory and
duration in pool as well as with different executives. - Meeting Doctors and maintaining excellent PR with them to generate prescribed business.
- Filling up all reporting formats of self and collecting it from team, synchronize them and sending them to HO.
- Planning CME,s with KOL,s as decided with management.
- Should keep track of business generated – both from trade prescription wise or from institution.
- Should be able to make business presentations during meetings.
- Should act as connecting link between Business executive
and management. - Should be able to guide sales team in sales ethics and improvise their presence in doctor’s chamber.
