At UnVcancure, we prioritize the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. However, due to the nature of our pharmaceutical products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and delivered.

1. No Returns Policy

Due to strict health and safety standards, UnVcancure does not entertain any returns on products sold. Once the order is processed and delivered, it cannot be returned under any circumstances. This policy applies to both B2B and B2C transactions.

2. No Refunds Policy

We do not provide refunds on any purchases. Please ensure that you carefully review your order details, including product specifications, quantities, and shipping information, before confirming your purchase.

3. Exceptions

The only exceptions to our no-return and no-refund policy are in the case of:

• Damaged products received upon delivery.
• Incorrect products shipped to the customer due to an error on our part.

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing clear evidence (photos/videos) of the issue. We will investigate the claim, and if verified, we will either:

• Arrange for a replacement of the damaged/incorrect product.
• Provide a store credit that can be used for future purchases.
