We process all orders within 24-48 working hours after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For B2C customers, once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details for your shipment.
For B2B customers, shipping terms and timelines are subject to specific agreements and communications between UnVcancure and your business. Customized shipping arrangements may be made depending on the nature and size of the order.
2. Shipping and Delivery Times
We deliver across India and aim to ensure that you receive your orders promptly.
Standard Delivery for B2C:
- After processing, we ship your order, and it should be delivered within 7-10 working days, depending on your location.
- Delivery times may vary for remote or rural locations.
Shipping for B2B:
- For bulk or large orders, delivery timelines will be decided based on order volume and our communication with your business. We will ensure transparency in delivery expectations during the order process.
3. Shipping Charges
B2C Customers: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery location.
B2B Customers: Shipping costs will depend on the size, weight, and destination of the order. These charges will be communicated during the order negotiation phase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, certain factors such as extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you and work to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery address details at the time of placing your order. UnVcancure will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
7. International Shipping
Currently, UnVcancure ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
